The place is cosy and clean. The location is marvellous - near the garden in the morning with a book as well as the ferry. I recommend this place to friends👍.

bathroom was spotless, featured shower facilities, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns. the area was quiet, loved its central location.

Conveniently located near a ferry port, offering large and tidy rooms. The hotel is positioned in a prime area. 🚢

The room was delightful and reasonably spacious. Central heating, an ironing set, and coffee and tea making facilities were provided.- The setting was quiet.- It was very close to Gin & Olive, just a 5-minute walk.

This place is lovely and quite clean, the bed was very comfortable with electric blankets and feather pillows, and there's a nice garden view from the terrace where I enjoyed spending my evenings.

From start to finish, Melissa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with stylish private bathrooms. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like a coffee machine, soft dressing gowns, and a wide choice of teas and coffees. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of cereals, fresh fruit, bread, and cheeses. The location was quiet and just a short drive from Gunwharf Quays and the harbor.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Delightful town house with character, well-planted garden. Shared facilities include sitting room, kitchen, bathroom. DIY breakfast with top products. Great location near King's Theatre, restaurants, seafront. Melissa, the host, was helpful and welcoming.

This place is a welcoming venue with a peaceful setting and is close to both the garden and the sea. The breakfast is simple, with a selection of cereals, bagels, and fresh fruit.

This place was located in a calm neighborhood and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay; in addition, we loved its proximity to the garden, Southsea, Portsmouth, and various shops.

On the bright side, the location of the hotel was really convenient. We were able to easily explore the local area and even catch a ferry to a nearby island. Plus, the house itself was beautifully decorated, inside and out. The host really had a knack for creating a delightful atmosphere. And despite the small shower situation, the overall stay was made better by the lovely host who was helpful in every way.

The room we stayed in was in the basement, which was nice for privacy, but the en suite bathroom was actually down the corridor. And let me tell you, the shower was not the best.

The location was fantastic, close to both the stunning coastline and lovely cafes, and the host was very welcoming and informative.
